In 2022 I got a chance to visit goa two times (with family and on a school trip) and I parasailed thrice in total. It was totally an enchanting experience and here are the following LOs demonstrated: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we initially went to the beach and were introduced to various kinds of water sports, I was skeptical to go to parasailing as I am afraid of heights. My parents motivated me to do the same and hence they fought my fear of water sports and developed this skill successfully. Now I have no more fear of water sports, especially paragliding. I can easily do it again and again. Moreover, when I went to go on a school trip without fear, I did parasailing very easily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO<\/strong>3: <strong>&nbsp;Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I planned this CAS experience completely by myself. I decided to do two types of parasailing land parasailing and then parasailing in the center of the sea, in order to gain more experience for the same. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO<\/strong>4: <strong>Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I did parasailing for the first time, I kept my eyes closed during half of the ride, but still I kept perseverance and demonstrated commitment by doing it two more times in order to get a better experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you this was my experience<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VIDEO REFLECTION: TRANSCRIPT OF THE VIDEO: Water sports have always excited me but I was always scared of doing the same.
