These are my learnings from the cycling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I showed commitment to this activity as if I don\u2019t go on someday I would do extra on any other day or use up my cheat day there. The thing that was difficult was making time for this activity, after school, I would not get much time due to extra classes and that\u2019s why I had to go in the morning. But it was difficult for me to wake up in the morning as I would sleep late at night and it was difficult for me to wake up early. So sometimes I needed to go at night and the evidence is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this activity, I faced the problem of lack of speed. I would take a lot of time to complete several distances and that took most of my time. This would disturb my timetable as well. This was challenging due to my physicality.
