I helped them serve food and played with them. The purpose of this experience was to provide service to the less privileged and raise more awareness about the school. The LO&#8217;s I was able to achieve through it were LO 5 and LO 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO 5<\/strong>: <strong>Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were a few other volunteers too. Sometimes, working with others can be a little difficult, however, our work became much easier as we were able to divide tasks, making everything more quick and efficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO 6: Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The children there were differently abled, they either had physical or mental impairments that prevented them from participating in society and living a normal life.
