I am really interested in photography and have been doing the same since past 2 years. I developed this interest in lockdown. I love the sky and the clouds and I started by clicking pictures of the sky and then slowing started taking pictures of everything around me. I had a collection of bunch of photos which I showed to my friends and family and got a lot of compliments about the same. Hence, I decided to create an Instagram account wherein I can showcase my hobby of photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOs – 1, 2, 3, and 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LO 1 = Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth<\/strong>
My strength is photography skills, though I feel I didn’t have enough knowledge about social media. So, I seeked help from one of my friend. Initially, she posted few pictures and then taught me how to do it. So, knowing my weakness helped me to learn new skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LO 2 = Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong>
Since, I developed this hobby in lockdown, I was consistent in clicking pictures everyday. But when school started, it became hard for me to do it consistently. This was a challenge I faced, so I tried to manage my time and take out at least 10 minutes for photography. Eventually, I got consistent again and I even noticed an improvement in my photography skills and also developed time-management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LO 3 – Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience<\/strong>
I tried to be as organized as I can throughout the propose. For that, before creating an account I jotted down a few names for the account and sent it to my friends, to know which one is better. Then I collected all the pictures I had clicked over the span of 2 years and kept them together in a folder and liked the ones which I wanted to post. Then I posted once a week. Organizing helped me a lot in initiating and planning this experience as I had everything in one place and didn’t had to go around looking for pictures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LO 4 = Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/strong>
As mentioned before, I lost my consistency. So, after regaining it, it was necessary for me to stay committed to being consistent. Till now, I have clicked around 120 pictures and have made 10 post. I want to stay committed to clicking more pictures and posting them for as long as I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, this experience made me really proud of myself, as I got to know my strengths and also got to explore and showcase my hobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
