I am interested in finance since childhood and I also want to make my career in that. So I thought that learning about the stock market would help me in future. So as a part of my CAS experience, I completed 2 courses of Zerodha Varsity; Stock Market Basics and Technical Analysis.

LO 1: I have been good in the subjects of IH and economics as I like them so finance is the area of my strength. I would like to work on this strength by gaining knowledge about the stock market. I did this by doing 2 courses of stock market from Varsity by Zerodha.

LO 2 : As I had no previous knowledge about the stock market, I found it very challenging to learn about t from the start. With zero knowledge, grasping the concepts of the stock market was a big challenge for me. But I was able to overcome the challenges as I was interested in the topic and was willing to take on the challenge.

LO 4 : To overcome the challenges I faced, I needed to show commitment and perseverance. Sometimes the course became very boring in between so I had too take frequent breaks while doing it. There was a point where I even thought about leaving the course in between. But with commitment and perseverance, I did the course with complete interest and dedication and even passed the final exam for the course.

LO 7 : While I did the course and learnt more about the stock market, I had to make sure that I follow the ethics of the market. I learnt about how unethical practices such as trading based on tips, insider trading and pump and dump stocks should be avoided.

All in all, this experience helped me a lot as I was able to learn a new skill. This skill will also help me in future as I will be able to manage my money with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
