I have learnt Karate, Soccer and Basketball, but this was a new sport for me and CAS gave me a chance to experience what Frisbee is about.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO1 :- While playing the sport, I figured out what my Strengths and weaknesses were. I rarely played this sport before this tournament as I was more into other sports such as Soccer and Basketball, but CAS helped me take new experience and try out how a frisbee tournament actually works.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strengths that I found out in this game were throwing and catching, and my weakness was to understand how the game works, how to take position yourself. It was a fun experience and I will play this sport more oftenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO2 :- The challenge that I faced while playing this tournament was committing fouls. As I was new to the sport, I did not know the rules of the sport and unknowingly committed fouls on opponents which was not a good part for my team. So after the tournament, I understood all the rules from experienced players who have been playing this sport for a long time, so that I don\u2019t commit fouls on the opposing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO5 :-As Frisbee is a team game, I learnt how to synergize with teammates and work together as a team to win the game.
