{"id":2836,"date":"2022-04-21T06:22:58","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T06:22:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/classof2023.fountainheadschools.org\/?p=2836"},"modified":"2022-04-21T06:22:58","modified_gmt":"2022-04-21T06:22:58","slug":"joining-a-gym","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/classof2023.fountainheadschools.org\/index.php\/2022\/04\/21\/joining-a-gym\/","title":{"rendered":"Joining a Gym"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u2192 <\/strong>I always wanted to work on my physical health as I was not able to do it in my previous school due to all the studies but this year CAS allowed me to work on it as it would count as a CAS experience, so I decided to join a gym so that it could count as my CAS experience and could also help me improve my physical health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo-2 <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192The main challenge that I faced in this experience was my habit of being lazy as I didn&#8217;t have enough dedication or excitement to work or exercise daily, but to complete the CAS experiences I decided to improve my habit and decided to work daily by focusing on my health a lot. I also asked some of my friends to join me so it would become less boring and my interest would also increase. I still enjoyed pretty much it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lo &#8211; 3 Demonstrate how to&nbsp; initiate a CAS experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 I made a schedule and a timetable which I followed and the gym trainer also divided the exercises according to the days. I think this was important because it helps our body to adapt to the exercises which develop the muscles, This helped me also a lot as it didn\u2019t make me waste a lot of time and even helped to increase my focus on my studies more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo &#8211; 4 <strong>Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2192 <\/strong>This CAS experience required a lot of commitment and dedication as without it this would not be possible because exercise requires dedication otherwise there would be no fun left and soon it would become boring. I managed to do it for a year by regularly maintaining my timetable and following all the exercises given by my trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
