In this CAS experience, I took the initiative to cycle for 300 km\u2019s in a month as I have been lazy lately because of the pandemic going on so to maintain my health and stay fit, I took up a challenge that I should cycle<\/strong> for 300 km\u2019s in a month which was a lot(at that time, during the time of start). I love to cycle and hence cycling was the one that I choose. The average that I had calculated to cycle every day was approx 12 km. To track the distance that I covered every day, I used 1 app named \u201cSport\u2019s tracker<\/strong>\u201d which tracked the distance, the time, and the pathway on which I had cycled. However, I had exceeded the daily average distance that I had calculated earlier (12 km\u2019s) and did 30 km\u2019s on average daily. This was a great improvement in my stamina. The LO\u2019s in focus are LO 1, 2 & 4 which are \u201dIdentify own strengths and develop areas for growth<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cDemonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong>\u201d & \u201cShow commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
