So as a part of this CAS experience, I decided to start with the much-awaited and needed exceeding to get the strength and endurance back in me. I chose running as a form of exercise to do because I used to love running in the morning before corona but my habit was lost due to the lockdown situation. Pushing myself I woke up every day at 6 am to start my run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO3 &#8211; Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience<\/strong><br>Initiating the experience was a very tough task as it was a difficult task to wake up every day early and go on a run straight out of bed.
