Also, we don&#8217;t know what the future holds for us and that is why I decided to learn how to make a Khakhra Pizza. The LO\u00b4s exhibited in this experience were LO1 and LO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO1 is Identifying my own strengths and developing areas of growth. This LO is exhibited here as I identified my strengths and areas of growth. I feel that it was my strength as I had opted for cooking as a course in the Middle school. Preparation from scratch is a daunting task. Right from chopping onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and cucumbers to removing and booking the corn kernels to grating the cheese, everything required precision.I hadn&#8217;t done it in a long time so I had to be cautious while cutting the length of the vegetables and how it needed to be chopped. So this time I cut them slowly by measuring the lengths perfectly and then cutting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken. Developing new skills in the process of cooking was difficult for me because I had not cooked anything for a long time and now I had to chop and boil which were challenging for me.
